Downloaded an album but all of the songs say 'unavailable'

I recently downloaded Frank Ocean's new album and have managed to listen to it a few times already using my iphone with a premium subscription, and so had my partner (who is on the same subscription). However, for some reason today when we both attempted to listen to the songs on the album, they are no longer highlighted as playable songs despite being downloaded and saved. Each time I attempt to listen to a song a message pops up saying "song unavailable" and we have no idea why!! Incredibly frustrating because all of our other albums are fine, and friends who have downloaded 'Blonde' on their spotify accounts still have access to listen to the songs.

HELP!!
