Downloaded songs don't appear in library

I paid to use this app and to listen to downloaded songs offline... Recently my library becomes empty. Sometimes they randomly come back but for the most part everything is gone.. Anyone else have this problem??? Pretty frustrating.

Hey @Johnnyoc411,

You should try deleting (including deletion of the cache and Spotify folders) and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

You will lose all preferences & offline playlists in doing this though.
