Hey @alialperen, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
Let me know how everything goes!

I tried it. But it was not a solution. Thanks Billy-J.

Hey @alialperen

Thanks for trying! Can you let me know if this happens with a different network connection? Also, does this happen with a different device (if you're able to access one)?

Keep me posted!

I tried on iPhone 12 Mini 64gb with same account and different network connection. But, again same error.

Alright, thanks for the reply! I'll take a closer look at this for you and get back to you asap.

Thanks for your patience in advance!

Hey @alialperen

Thanks for sticking with me!

If possible, could a family member or a friend of yours to log in to their account on your device to see if the issue persists?

Keep me posted.

I logged into my own device with one of my family members. I am getting the same error again.

Hey @alialperen,

Can you make sure you're not using a cache clearing app nor a storage optimization app? Also, can you let me know if you got the exact same error when you tried to download music using the iPhone 12, or a different one?

Keep me posted.

I don't use any optimization apps. I've been using the music download feature since iPhone 5. iPhone XR started to have problems. Currently, the same problem continues on the iPhone 12 Mini. I use another music download platform. I am not getting any errors.

Hey @alialperen,

Thanks for the details, I appreciate it.

Could you check if the OS of your phone has any pending updates? Also, can you share how much free space your phone has available along with the exact Spotify version of your phone?

Once I have these details I'll take a closer look for you.

Looking out for your reply!

Hi again.

My phone is on the latest update. The memory used in the application and on the phone is also as seen in the screenshot.

Thanks...

Hey @alialperen

Could you go into your phone's settings and make sure Spotify is granted all Permissions?

Keep me posted 🙂

Hi. Apple doesn't have much permissions for the app. All permissions granted. Spotify can use anything.

Hi. The friend who wrote me said "mark as a solution". He said you need to mark it for others to see. That's why I marked it. We still haven't found a solution.

Hey @alialperen,

Thanks for the reply.

Can you let us know if you have downloaded music on other devices? If you have downloads on more than 5 devices, this could be causing the error message.

Cheers.

Hello.
I'm using the Spotify family plan. Family members may have downloaded it. I will find out and get back to you.
