My Question or Issue

I try download playlists to my Apple Watch but some spesific songs don’t get downloaded. I connected to Apple Support, they made me sign out from Spotify and unpair my Apple Watch and then pair back. It didn’t work, they told me to contact with Spotify.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Just to confirm, are you downloading the content from your Spotify account on mobile using the Download to Apple Watch option or directly on the watch? We'd recommend checking if this is happening no matter what option you use.

 

On another note, would you mind sending us the exact Spotify version you're running in your mobile device? We'd also like to know if it's always behaved like that or if this behavior started after a specific event/update.
 

Lastly, it'd be great if you send us a short video recording of what's happening, so we can better visualize what you're mentioning. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can watch it.
