Downloading songs.

Considering Premium Plan. USA.  Ventura 13.7.1. IOS Desktop, iPhone, ITablet. I'm unclear about where downloads go. Can I download to Music, and will it stay forever, or will it go away if I cancel. Will it automatically go to all three devices? Thanks in advance.

I will try to answer all the questions in this way:

1. When you download content on one device it stays on that device only. You must manually download it on every device you want to listen offline.
2. The downloaded content is saved in such a format that is accessible only by the Spotify app. This is done to prevent unauthorized access and distribution of the licensed material.
3. If you switch to a free plan the downloads will also get removed since listening offline is a premium feature.
4. There are also some limits that apply to the downloaded content. Please check out this article to know more: Listen Offline.
