Downloads not showing up in "downloads" section of library

My downloads section is only displaying the playlists I have downloaded on the iphone app. Just about every time I download an album for offline listening, it will not be displayed in the "downloads" section of my library. Yet if I know I downloaded something and scroll through all the saved albums in my library, sometimes the green icon will display next to it indicating that it has been downloaded. Anyone have a similar issue and know how to fix it?

I am also having the same issue on my iphone. I haven't really identified any soulution or way to make it better. If I can get a wifi connection, sometimes things will show up. It's weird to me that spotify needs to be connected to the internet to display information that should be downloaded. I don't know anything substantial about the innerworkings of technology though.
