Downloads won't play

So I a few weeks ago I started noticing an issue where downloaded songs don't play offline. I have reinstalled the app and redownloaded all my songs and now none of they play offline.....help

The first thing that you should check is to see if you are still subscribed to premium. You can do that by logging into your account setting by following the link below:

https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

You should see a box next to profile that tells you the subscription. 

Second, if you have multiple devices that are authorized to your Spotify account, make sure one device doesn't have more songs downloaded for offline mode than another device has for room. Here is an example, you download 2,000 songs on your iPhone but your iPad only has enough room for 1,000 songs. That is just an example. 

Third, remove all downloads from all your Spotify devices.

So I have tried all of these 3 methods but alas no results. Though I have went through all my downloaded songs and it seems only 4 songs actually work.

-Hawaii Five-0 theme 

-We Won't Be Alone (Feint) 

-Bitches (Kick the habit)

Note that I had this issue before updating to the new IOS, though the new IOS did not solve these issues.

Oh forgot to mention, but I am on a family account that is still active
