I have an iPhone 6 the past few weeks i have not been able to download any new music or listen to the radio. I am a Spotify premium member. Everything I try to do gives me an "error occurred" and a Try again option but no matter how many times you do that it does nothing....HELP

It would be great if you could give us these details:

Are you having issues with other apps on your iPhone?

Are you able to get things working whilst using your iPad or do you have the same issue there too? 

Around how much space do you have available on your iPhone?

Nope I have done that twice....still get the same message!

I should mention it works fine on my husbands phone

It would be great if you could give us these details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.2.0)

Does holding the home button and the lock button until the apple boot logo appears, make a difference?

No it doesn't...I have tried that too...i also tried turning the wifi off and back on , tried just using the cellar data and it didn't make a difference. I even logged out of my iPad too to see if that would make a difference and it didn't
