Errores en la aplicacion spotify en mi iphone

Hola: 

Llevo aproximadamente 2-3 meses teniendo problemas con mi aplicación. Es lenta, tarda en reproducir lo que selecciono, incluso no puedo gestionar mis playlist ni podcast, cuando logro reproducir algo de musica se detiene y se cierra la aplicación,  cambiar de canciones tambien es super lento, y cuando lo hago hasta se desfasa. 

Ya hice de todo, eliminé cookies, borre la aplicación y la instalé de nuevo, tengo todas las actualizaciones y sigue sin funcionar. 

Mi plan es spotify premium familiar, y solo yo he tenido este problema. No quisiera perder mis playlists pero si el problema persiste cambiaré de aplicación

Still not fixed. I am kind of tired… are we going to receive a compensation on this? I see that some people from the threads is still no getting a solution… how much time should I wait?
