Everything in Shuffle and there is no button to switch to Premium acc in Spotify App

My Question or Issue

Hello! I have a problem with the Spotify App. I've downloaded it and found out that there is everiyhing in a Shuffle! My added songs in playlist and liked songs also. I use free account (and even can't change to the premium, it doesn't work, there is no button to switch to premium). My friend also uses free account, but he can listen his music not in Shuffle, what's the problem? I have tried to delete cache and app from iPhone, it didn't help. Thank you for attention

Have you tried to switch shuffle off on the Web Player, not the app?

Also, since it says "You can't upgrade to Premium in the app," I think you should try to upgrade on the Web Player.

Or maybe you cannot upgrade your account because Spotify just launched in your country, and the feature is not available just yet. 

Does this issue occur on your other devices?
