Failed log in on iPhone

Failed log in on iPhone

Hi,

I have a premium account but cannot log in from my iPhone (can log in from my desktop though). I have resetted my password but it still does not work. The messege I receive is: "log in failed. username or password incorrect". Can someone please help or give a suggestion?

Твоё имя Ольга, и как я понял ты русская. Ты должна войти в свой аккаунт с той страны, с которой регистрировала аккаунт через VPN (Америка, Великобритания, Филиппины и т.д.), тогда сможешь войти 🙂

If you're trying to log into the app using your username and password, try using your email address and password.

 

If you use your email address and password, try using your username and password.
