Fast forward and fast rewind exception

Connecting to the device, pressing fast forward and fast backward is abnormal and cannot be stopped.

Could you elaborate more on the experience you're having? It'd be best to share a short screen recording of it, so we can see exactly what you mean.

What are the brands, models ans OSes of the devices involved?

Thanks for the video you've shared. 

We've taken a look and it's very likely that this issue is related to the firmware of the speaker or the Spotify app integration. Since Spotify for third party devices is developed by the device manufacturer directly, we can't do much from our end. Most likely the current firmware is outdated and that's what is causing this issue with the forward and rewind buttons. 

Check the manufacturer website for any updates or reach out to their support team for more accurate information.
