Ford Sync AppLink - Not working ·choose playlist" command

Ford Sync AppLink - Not working ·choose playlist" command

All the commands seams to work but "choose playlist". I have latest spotifuggle 0.7.1 and latest Gen 1 Ford Sync in a Mustang with the last version. Any idea why this command does not show any playlist? All the other commands work perfectly. Thanks

Any help from Spotify team?

Did you ever get a fix for this? I just bought a new Mustang yesterday and I'm having the exact same issue. When you do "choose playlist" it makes the high pitch tone, the screen shows loading for about a second, and then it goes back to playing the current track.  The only way I can play my music is by disabling the Spotify applink connection

I never got an answer back. I even tried with Ford support and the only advise was reboot your phone or reinstall, what is useless. I tried with 2 phones and 1 ipad, all exactly the same issue.

For me the applink is useless right now.

Currently having exactly the same issue. All commands work apart from the commands to select playlist,artist, browse etc. Commands recognised, screen shows loading for a brief moment and then nothing. Only way to use spotify is to disable applinkand use standard Bluetooth. Everything was working great until the last week. Please spotify can you assist, ford just say its a problem with app which I'm inclined to believe as no problems with other applications.

Has anyone here ever get any solution to the problem? I have a New Ford Ka 2015 in Brazil, and I am having the same problem. A few days ago Spotify was working normally and I think the same date as yours, my problem appeared. I can not access my playlists, is forever showing the message 'Loading'. But for other functions such as' Choose Album "is functioning normal. I've thought about resetting the factory settings of My Sync, someone tell if this will solve? Please Spotify, Ford, answer our question!
