Get logged out, when my phone runs out of battery?

Eventough I own Spotify Premium, when my phone turns down, I get logged out and my downloaded songs are gone?!
But just since the new update! If this doesn't change, I will switch to Apple Music!

Are you on android or iphone. if you are on iphone this could just be a bug from the new update, because there have been many other cases like this since the update. dont waste your time switching to apple music when your prblem could be solved soon.

I'm using an iphone!
Sorry but I pay 10€ a month to listen to music when I outside. And everytime my iphone turns down, I have to download over 1000 songs. Had to do it 3 times already, just this week!

Hey @Kevinoist, are you able to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and let us know how it goes?

If it continues occurring after that, are you able to advise what device and version of iOS you are on?
