Glitch not getting fixed after 2 months

Hi,

As said in other posts, I have had this IOS apple ipod touch glitch for 2 months and it is not getting updated and fixed and I am sick of it. I will attach a picture. It will not let me sucessfully share any song to Facebook without getting an Unknown error. However if I look at my Facebook time line it still posts the song even though Spotify says error post failed. I have already re installed the App and restored my ipod. So it is a Glitch within the Ios Apple ipod app itself. I tried 2 ipods and the same thing. I cant be the only one having the same issue right now. I have waited for an update to the issue but the development team seems to be less aware then they used to about very serious glitches in the system. Also a major major issue with mainly IOS apple ipod touch is that the show on facebook what I am playing feature in settings keeps turning off at least 2ce a day! It is suppose to stay on at all times. I keep a log on my Facebook of all songs played so I can look back at the moods I was in to make playlists so I can make my own music so that when I am an Artist when I get 200 followers I know what songs I like to sing.  However your also making it impossible for me to get followers and friends because I cant send messages to people or make new friends within the app itself or Spotify system that I pay lots of money for since 2011. I think that it is time to stop saying that you dissallow messaging unless we are facebook friends and such because you say spam. Or stop letting us not be allowed to unblock friends. We can block spammers and report them so easy so that would be a very lame excuse to take away our ability to communicate within the platform without facebook being part of it all the time. We pay to have features and we all want them back like at first years ago. Fix these issues because if not I am going to go to Apple Music or Google play music and have the ability to play Taylor Swift again. If your not allowed to have the top artist in history on Spotify then allow people like me who want to remake her music and upload it into spotify using our own instruments. You stop us from being able to do it legally because you dont let us get 200 followers because we cant if you dont let us communicate with other artists without making them be on our Facebook where they can see all our personal information that we dont want everyone to see. I just like talking to other Artists and music lovers like a pen pal. Not have to give them all my personal info just to connect to there Spotify and message. Turn off the message block or I am leaving. I also am leaving if my ipod doesnt have an update fixing the issue with posting to facebook correctly in the next few days.

I dont want to do that though so please get the development team on this right away. And give me some credit. We want to share our playlists with Spotify user to user! please!
