Google casting video causes stuttering

i am trying to google cast the Joe Rogan Show on Google Cast to see video on my TV but the video keeps stuttering.

As a first step, we recommend logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in.

If this doesn't do the trick, try restarting your router by unplugging it from power for at least 15 seconds.

If the issue persists, it's worth running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
