Got a premium account, but iphone app says free

Dear anyone,

I have a premium spotify account for years now and a lot of playlist saved offline on my iphone app, which always worked. But now all of a sudden my iphone app plays only shuffle and a lot of my offline music is gone.
When i look on the spotify website it says i have premium but when i look in the app it says its a free account.

I tried logging in and out already.

Im in sudan at the moment. Does is maybe has anything to do with restrictions or anyghing? I've been here already for 4 weeks and it worked fine until a couple of days ago.

Hope someone can help me out.
