Guest mode

I think it would be awesome for a guest mode feature to be on spotify. Sometimes it gets annoying how when someone wants to play a song in spotify and you give then your phone and they start looking through all your playlists and songs. A guest mode will allow you to limit access to a guest who wants to play a quick song in your phone, the guest will only be able to acces the search/ browse feature and be able to play songs without having access to your playlists.

Seems like there is quite a popular idea similar to this. Not exactly the same, but this way your friends don't have to go through your Spotify.

They have Private Session:

Ask ur friends not to look or be open about ur tastes. How Private Session may help, 

"Private Session" hides your listening activity from friends, it also temporarily pauses data collection that influences recommendations. When you enable Private Session, Spotify stops adding the songs you play to your Taste Profile, so they won’t impact playlists like Discover Weekly or Release Radar.

However, this effect is only temporary. The Private Session ends after six hours or when you close the app, and any listening outside of this session will contribute to your algorithm again.
