Im trying to play my music but some computer logs on to the same account with a wierd name in all caps like the one on my acct was called LAWNMEAL i have know idea what or why they did this but they would play random songs and skip what i wanted to listen to. They would play wierd songs like "never gonna give you up" "spooky scary skeletons" and make playlist insulting me. I've tried everything that i know of exept changing my password so far.

Had similar problem. Got no help from Spotify because it was in my app, not my account. Spotify, said they could not realize the name of the hacker until I have a subpeona. Quite possible that my email was hacked and this was not their response.
