HELP ME, I REALLY NEED IT

 

I want to download music on my phone. When I click on "download" nothing changes, but I have "waiting for download" (pic 1). Later I try to download a podcast. It downloaded good and fast and while it was downloaded in the top of screen was "downloaded 0 of 117" (pic 2). When it ended "downloaded" disappeared. What I need to do to download my

music?

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app?

Thanks for getting back to me!

Could you try download via cellular connection? Please keep in mind that it may cost, depending on the contract with your operator.

 

If that doesn't help, could you let me know what happens when you try a different network, preferably a stable WiFi network?

Thanks for getting back to me!

 

Could you try going to Home in the Spotify wpp > Settings (top right corner) > Account > Subscription and then take a screenshot what it says under Subscription? Please make sure to blur out your username when you post this screenshot, so it doesn't get posted to the Community!
