Half songs are gone after turning "offline" mode on

My Question or Issue

 So basically, I have a couple playlists that I have created and I got one of them fully downloaded on my phone. So the issue is that when I go offline some of the songs just disappear. Like as if my playlist just degrades to 50 new songs before. It's been happening for 6 months already. I fly a lot and it annoys me so much. I specifically add and download new songs to the playlist so I can enjoy em during the flight but then when I turn on the airplane mode, my new songs just disappear.

I’d recommend checking out the "Downloads unexpectedly removed" section of the "Listen offline troubleshooting" support article for some more help with this.

If the article doesn't help I recommend keeping your app updated with a clean reinstall and avoiding any cache-clearing apps. I'd also recommend to update to iOS 12.0.1 🙂

The section u recommended is no help. I don't think it has anything to do with iOS12 plus I always keep my app up-to-date
