Says it is downloaded...but does not show up on downloaded list?

My Question or Issue

 So I have never had this issue before but I have went to "download" albums and it will immedicately say "downloaded" and show the green arow indicating that it is ready to play offline. When I go to check the songs are nowhere to be found. So I "undownloaded" and redid the process and this still does not work. I have also logged in and out to see if this would solve the issue...nope. My app is up to date as of now too. Suggestions? On a side note, I have definielty not reached the song max.
