Hello i payed the subscription twice at the same month

Hello i payed the subscription twice at the same month

Its supposed to be one month payment but it took from me automatically 2 payments for one month so how can i take my money back bc i-am tight with money this days

Sorry to hear that this happened to you.

Can you double-check in this link if the payment was debited twice? If so, I suggest you contact Customer Support by following the instructions in this link. 

You can enter a valid email address when prompted. Make sure to have all your payment and account info on hand as it will be necessary for verification purposes.
