Help! Cannot synchronise spotify playlists to ipod touch

I have an iPod touch at ios 7.0.3, Spotify premium, and about 5gb storage space left. But then, when I want to sync for offline use, there's this message saying "Syncing has paused. Please connect to Wi-Fi to continue.", but I am already connected to wifi.

However, when I play a song in my playlist fully, the song will be downloaded.

Please help! I've tried rebooting, reinstalling spotify but still this happens.

Does this happen when the screen goes to sleep normally? 

Try keeping the screen awake or the device plugged into a power source, do you get the same behaviour?
