Help Pleeease ... Runkeeper and Spotify

Runkeeper will not allow me to log into Spotify despite using the right username and password???

I am following all the correct steps using the right logins but it is just not happening? 

Am I doing something wrong? 

 

PLEASE HELP

Do you have Facebook login for your Spotify account or a username/password combination?

I do not have a Facebook account so using the username and password format.

To bad, that would have been really easy to fix;-)

 

Could you try the following:

Open the Runkeeper app > go to settings > Apps, Services, and devices > Click Spotify and remove the current link between the apps. Then re-add Spotify in the same screen. If you are prompted to enter your login information make sure you use the correct information.

I have the exact same problem. 

I follow the instruction as described here: https://support.spotify.com/nl/learn-more/guides/#!/article/runkeeper/?in=search , I use the correct username and password (not Facebook), but I don't get redirected as described in step 5.


The suggestion to disconnect and reconnect does not work as I can't connect at all.

 

Anyone?
