I'm trying to add a payment card to get spotify premium, but as I click on add payment, the page doesn't open... Please help I also tried to directly pay adding the card on the way, but the page doesn't open either.. Does anybody have a solution ?

Then I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can check what's going wrong at your account.
You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Have you already tried the incognito mode of your browser, or to use another browser?
Yes, when I click on add a payment, it opens the home page of the website, I tried Safari, Google Chrome ... 😞

I tried it on an iPad, iPhone, and my MacBook Pro... I have no other solution ....
