Hello! I have been a spotify user for a long time, and this has never happened to me. It started on Sunday, my app wouldnt open. So I said to myself, "oh its okay, maybe just a connection issue." and went along with my day. I tried opening it later, nothing. The only thing my phone displays is the logo. So, heres the start of the template that will hopefully help!
Brief description of the issue:
Spotify doesnt open, wont respond, and force closes.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
First I did this: closed the program, deleted it from my interface
Then I did that: clean reinstall from app store.
I also did this: turned off phone, then tried to open again, and it was the same. only the logo will load! agh!
What steps you’ve tried already: repeating steps above three times. once i did not shut down, and it still only shows the logo. I have also tried holding the lock and home to force a restart when app is 'trying' to open, that only restarts the phone and there is no change in the app progress. I have tried going into my phone interface to change settings, but cannot since they canonly be changed through the app. I have debated on getting a beta version? dont know if it will help. I am on my desktop and spotify is working perfect. No issues. I have tried opening my app on the iphone in a wifi connection and no wifi and still the same result. I have 4.0 GB on my phone available for use, so I know it isnt a capacity issue. I am just tired of trying and getting nothing.. its super maddening and I hope that the community can help me!

there is no need for an attachment, it only shows the logo when booting. and then force closes.

Hey! Well that doesnt work, so im going out on a limb here and thinking that maybe it has to deal with my account? i can log on via desktop but when it comes to phones it wont load! i just tried on my signif. others phone and it was doing the same thing! should i delete playlists?
Yes, definitely. and when that happens, it will ask if i want notifications and of course i click yes. and then ill get to the homepage and it will just be unresponsive!!
Wednesday I decided to not reinstall it for a day.. So thursday night i reinstalled it and when i did that, it started working.. for all of one minute. it played one song and then when i went to lock my screen, it stopped working. i tried to open it back up and it didnt work! I feel like im being blocked or something, this is an outrage lol.
