Hey Siri only works once

My Question or Issue

If you say "Hey Siri, play xxx on Spotify" it works fine, then now your phone will not react to "Hey Siri" (So can't change song etc.). This is on 2 phones (mine and my brothers). Also neither of us can get Spotify voice to even be an option. Checked all potential online solutions as well as restarting phones.

Is there an official place I can post and have someone from Spotify support look into this?
