Home page not loading

Home page not loading

Everytime I load the app the home page doesn’t show anything, just a blank screen with the settings, notifications and history on. It loads on everything else I have like my iPad, laptop etc.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored from previous updates. We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful in getting rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues. 

In case the issue persists, would you mind confirming if your device has an SD card? If so, remove it and try again to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, to continue investigating your case, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
