My Question or Issue

I can only see recently played on Home page. Nothing else. Already tried restarting device, reinstall, re login.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account?

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 12.4 as it's the latest version of iOS released recently.
