How do I change from family plan to duo

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

Just to confirm, are you currently the owner or the member of the Premium Family plan? 

If you're the owner, and want to be the owner of the Premium Duo plan, you just need to head to your Account page > Under Manage your plan, click Change plan > Choose Premium Duo. Your plan will be updated immediately and your billing date will be pushed back due to the price difference. 

However, if you're a Premium Family plan's member, you need to leave the current plan by switching to the free plan. Then, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium Duo here, or accept the invite from the Premium Duo plan's owner. If your case is the latter, keep in mind that plan members can join a different plan only once every 12 months.
