How do I stop getting updates in my Discover feed from a user I don't follow?

How do I stop getting updates in my Discover feed from a user I don't follow?

I once followed a playlist from a user.  But, then I started getting updates on that user's activity in my Discover feed.  I don't want it, though.  I'm not interested in what he's listening to, or sharing, or whatever.  I don't follow that playlsit anymore and I don't follow him.  But, I still get updates.  What can I do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Interesting!

Try unfollowing and refollowing the user.

What OS and Spotify verson are you running?
Have you tried a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify?

I'll try what you suggested. I don't know what a clean install would accomplish. It shows in all my Discover feeds on iPad, iPod, and iPhone, as well as on my web browser on my desktop. This isn't on my side, it's on the server side, I think.

@glennonrp -- I've reset some of the social stuff with your account so within 48 hours you'll stop seeing new notifications for people you no longer Follow. Anything currently in Discover will disappear over time (as normal -- a week at most).
