How to resync an iPhone after deleting from device list

How to resync an iPhone after deleting from device list

I have been having an issue where songs I download aren't showing up in my songs list. So I updated the app (using an iPhone) and then deleted the device from the list, assuming it would resync and fix the issue there.

Now I can't figure out how to resync my phone and now none of the songs or my old playlists are syncing.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

I was able to get the old songs downloaded, but new albums are not showing up in the ”like songs” category...there doesn't even seem to be the old downloaded music section.

I am using an iPhone running 12.3.1 using Spotify version 8.5.7.713.
