I NEED HELP WITH MY 3 MONTH TRIAL!!!

I've forgot my username, password and email and I have payed £1 for a 3 month trial. But after logging out of my Spotify one day I haven't been able to get back in and I can't cancel my subscription because I don't know any details about my account. So before I automatically get charged £10 a month I need a solution please?!!!

I am going to add  if you don't know any of your account details, get in touch with the customer services team directly using this online contact form including as much detail as you can, such as any possible email addresses you might have used to create the account and they will be able to lend a hand.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I dont think there is any solution to your problem sadly. You could always e-mail tech support and if they arnt sure of what to do, contact your credit card company and ask them to cancel the payments for you.
