I can't download any song

I can't download any song to listen off-line, ir says "waiting to dowload" and never do, already tried reinstal

How many songs are you downloading? Are you sure there aren't unfinished downloads that are still in progress?

How much space is left in your device?

I'm not downloading any song, Just trying this album, and it's a new device with 32gb, in library say "downloading", but no progress

I tried cancel download, now it says "downloading 0 of 0" .-.

Are you trying to download over WiFi?

I'm conected to Wi-Fi, but already tried to download from 4G internet

Make sure you have "download over cellular" checked under settings and try downloading over 4G again and let me know what happens.

Can you try logging out of the app and then back in and see if it works?

Are you able to download on desktop by any chance?

My desktop app was like glitched, I forced stop and started after, and tried on iphone, was normally, thanks
