I can't figure out how to get the holiday deal on the spotify app

So I don't have a credit card or anything so I use my Apple ID and money on my apple account to buy things on my apps. I want to get the spotify premium deal but I can't on the app or I have to wait and see if an add comes up but there hasn't been one yet. The only way to get premium on the app is the 12.99. When I go on the website there is no option to use your apple account to pay for it so someone please help me.
