I can’t listen to a certain artist in a phone

I tried to listen a certain artist in one iphone, but it doesn’t happen anything, I can listen to other artists except that one. Then I checked the same artist in another iphone and I was able to listen to it, why can’t I listen to it in my other iphone?

The problem first arose with the update ver. 1.0.65 for computers. This is still NOT fixed. And what does Spotify do??? They launch an update (ver. 8.4.22) that gives us the same problems for IPhone. How is this even possible????

The same thing happens to me. When I click on a certain album/playlist, Spotify either plays random music not on any playlist of mine/that I follow or plays three songs and then craps itself and shuts off.
