I can't restart my Spotify playlist

I can't restart my Spotify playlist

I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and whenever my playlist ends I can't restart it and it will keep playing recommended songs.

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community

Based on what you're describing it sounds like your Autoplay setting is turned on. Autoplay continues the playback with similar songs once your current music finishes playing.

It's also worth mentioning that these recommendations are just suggestions and won't be permanently added to your playlist unless you add them. If you don’t like any of the tracks and want to remove them, go to the track and click on the minus sign.Lyubka_0-1676736014658.png

The song shouldn't reappear in the recommendations after this.

If you don't want those suggestions to be added in your playlist at all, we'd recommend that you toggle off your Autoplay. More info on how to do that can be found here

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

My auto play setting is turned off and it still plays recommended songs. It’s VERY frustrating.

Hey @amichelle89,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Are you using a free account or do you have a Premium subscription? If you're using a free account, the described behavior is expected.

Hope this clears things a bit.

Cheers!

Let me get this straight, when I get through my playlist, I'm locked out of it forever unless I pay you money, correct?
