I can't use my premium account in iPhone

I can't use my premium account in iPhone

Since I have made the upgrade for the premium family, I can't use my premium for some reason in my iPhone.

In the webplayer I use very well the account premium but in the iPhone the account still being free and don't download my playlists.

I need help about that.

Hi there @allantelles!

 

Have you tried logging out of the device you are having trouble with and then logging back in again? 

 

Also make sure that you are using the same login on both. For example, if you created your account with a facebook login initially, then you need to always login through facebook.
