Hey fesophia17!

There are a lot of things that might fix your problem:

1. Try logging in with facebook. If you've previously linked your account, then this should solve your login problem.

2. If clicking the "Login with Facebook" button doesn't work, try manually logging in using your Facebook credentials- Use the same email you use logging into facebook as your username and use your spotify password

3. Make sure you are entering your information correctly

4. Try resetting your password here

6. Verify that the email you are trying to login with is the email that you bought premium with (you should've received a confirmation email when creating/upgrading your account)
