I’m stuck on the downgrade screen on iPhone Spotify app

Bought premium but it ran out opened Spotify to to be met with a downgrade option. Only one button, it makes no sense. When you click the button it doesn’t work and the screen stays up not allowing you to listen to music.

Just to confirm, is this screen still showing up even if you completely close the app? Does anything happen at all when you click the button?

Also, would you mind sending over a screenshot where we can take a look at what you're seeing from your end? Make sure to exclude any personal info from it.
