I paid for premium, but..

I paid for premium, but..

I paid for premium, but nothing happened. I reinstalled the app, logged in and out. I contacted the app suport. I got an email from spotify. Still nothing happen.

What did the email from support say?

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help.

 

If you got a reply from someone who works in support, you need to reply back to the email and tell them you still need help getting premium.
