Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to get Spotify Premium via iTunes.

You can still purchase Premium at https://spotify.com/premium.

But how can i get my money back?

Because Spotify or the App Store didn't tell us about this before,i want my money back!
