The fix is still being rolled out for this. It should be fixed within the next few hours.

 

Every once in a while please try logging out and then back in to see if you then have premium.

 

Please post back later if you still don't have the premium features.

Help i have the same issue and i have recieved four receipts saying that i purchased Premium!! I have been charged 4 times for the same service, which i don't even have!!!!!

I have the same problem, I hope this makes a quick fix

There was a temporary issue on the server, and this should now be fixed.

 

Please try logging out of the app and then logging back in to see if you now have premium.

thanks, I try this for three times, but not fixed the problem!

Sorry guys, someone at Spotify said the server should be fixed now.

 

I will let them know that the problem still exists.

I have the same problem . I paid $25 already and it says my premium ends on December 14 2014. STILL FREE ON MY IPHONE APP

I've been having this issue all day, I'm about to take my money somewhere else.

My mother is having the same issue. I changed the payment on her account online but nothing changed. I was charged $9.99. I then charged her itunes account on the iphone for $12.99 - yet nothing changed. I then logged into her account on my iphone and the same issue occured. My account is working fine.

Hey guys! I have just gotten confirmation that this problem should now be fixed. Please try logging out and back in. The fix might be a little slow, so please continue trying over the next hour or so.

 

I told you guys I was getting this looked into for you. Glad I was able to help with this.

Hi there, I was wondering whether you guys could help me with this...

 

I redeemed a free six month Spotify premium account through a code card, however the premium features did not show both on my laptop's app and my iPhone app despite waiting for it for 2.5 hours. 

I then followed the instructions on the Spotify website, and I logged out of my iPhone app and logged in again however the status still remains "Free" instead of "Premium".

Tried deleting the app and re-downloading it however it still remains the same.

May I know what is the problem? Thank you.
