On my iPhone none of my music was playing so I went into settings and logged out. I tried to log back in and all my starred music had been lost along with my playlists what should I do ??

Maybe try logging out and back in using your facebook credentials (email address/password) anyway?

I am a Premium account and had a lot of songs in that account

It sounds like you have logged back into a different account. Are you sure you are using the correct details?

Its amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another via your Facebook.

I'm sure it's the same account because it's the same username

I opened the App last weekend all of my playlists are gone/unable to be played. I have tried logging out and back in but it doesn't help. I have only ever logged in via Facebook. Please help. I need my music!

@Marcumus - Can you still see those playlists on your account but just can't play them or are they completely gone?

I have lost my music also. and it happened right after the update of spotify app on my phone.

however my music exists on my pc app. How can this be? there's no account conflict...

@tasso - have you tried reinstalling Spotify on your iPhone yet?

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?

problem solved!

thanks

I have lost my entire music collection on spotify, please help me get it back, it was years of adding music, why does this happen? Is there any way of getting back themusic you had in "my music" storage?

Me too, what can i do, somebody solved it? I lost all my music.

I installed the update today and lost my starred music. I tried to log out then log back in again but it did not help. I also tried to recover it from the recover playlist, but it shows 0 music. Could you help me please get them back? Its just like around 150 songs on it. Please help me get it back 😊

@Cyrusmina24

Customer Service can restore those for ya.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this, you can also Tweet / DM @SpotifyCares.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

What'd you do
