I've tried everything and can't get my local files to play on my iphone

My Question or Issue

I've been trying for well over an hour and absolutely CANNOT get my local files to transfer on my iphone. I've tried a clean reinstall of the app, I've tried turning Windows Defender off, I've downloaded all the songs on my desktop..... but IT STILL WON'T WORK. Is there anything else I can do to help with this? I've gotten my local files to transfer in the past but this time nothing is working and I'm honestly at my wits' end and ready to just give up. Love Spotify, but they have never made this process easy and I'm so over it.
