IOS 14.0.1 Car Play doesn't show "My Library"

My Question or Issue

when connected to carplay the menu will not allow me to access my library or playlist.  My Library is no longer an available selection at the top of the menu.  Just shows "Home" / "recently played" / "browse" / and the playing symbol

Only way to select a playlist from my library is to do it through the phone.  This did not happen on IOS 14.0 just 14.0.1

Plugged in another phone with 14.0 and it worked like normal

14.0.1 is the problem 

PLEASE HELP.  Defeats the purpose of having car play if you have to use your phone!

Deleting the spotify app and reinstalling resolved the problem.
