Shuffle not working in car

When listening to music in the car on Bluetooth, the shuffle feature does not work. This was one of the reasons I left Spotify in the first place a year ago and its still having an issue. All the typical things to try and fix it we’re done. Just a quick search on this forum shows it’s an issue for many many users. Great customer support Spotify!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 14.0.1 to see if that helps solve the issue.
