IOS app won't refresh playlist

All my IOS app won't refresh (iPhone and iPad), specifically the playlists. I have my playlist refreshing properly on MACOS but they are not pushed through to IOS. I've logged out and back in to force a refresh and doesn't work. Still the same ongoing problem.

It'd be great if you can give the suggestions in this article a try. Can you also make sure that the sort order of the playlist is the same across all devices? If your playlist includes local files, make sure that Smart Shuffle is disabled as it temporarily hides them in your playlist.
