Impossible to play 99% of my saved songs

Impossible to play 99% of my saved songs

I downloaded all my songs and now it’s impossible to play them offline. 

Premium family ok. 

HELP please I’m getting crazy. Im paying for nothing

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to listen to your content in Offline mode? Also, we'd like to know what exactly happens when you try to listen to your downloads. 

 

On another note, could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? Additionally, has this always happened or has it started after a specific event such as an update?
